Lampertz LPA - Lampertz Precision Airconditioning

Intelligent Infrastructure Solutions for Every Computer Centre
Precision air conditioning and reliability are of the utmost importance if malfunctionfree processes are to be secured for computer rooms, telecommunications centres, data centres and technical applications. In addition to precision air conditioning, the new Lampertz LPA series sets new standards in the fields of energy efficiency, compactness and noise emissions.
High Standards for Performance and Efficiency
The use of fans with free-running blades, generously-sized heat exchangers, scroll compressors and optimised cooling cycles means that effi ciency is increased, thanks to their low power consumption.
Compact Measurements
The new Lampertz LPA series was developed to fi t in the smallest possible space.
Using targeted innovations, the unit footprints were considerably reduced, meaning they now require even less space in the datacenter.
Low Noise Levels
The low noise levels are achieved through the use of specially-developed fans, a choice of air currents and double-walled panels.
Sound absorbers can also be used for an additional noise reduction of up to 5dB(A).
Easy Maintenance
The consideration of such details lead to a reduction in operation and maintenance costs, an increase in reliability and a service-friendly design.
For example, all important parts belonging to the air conditioner are installed in separate
areas, which can be easily accessed by simply opening its door at the front.
Comprehensive Model Range
The new Lampertz LPA series is available in several versions with different air guidance systems:
- upflow
- downflow
- displacement
All types of cooling are possible:
- direct vaporiser
- cold water
- free cooler
- dual fluid
- constant (for particularly precise temperature and moisture control)
The following are included as standard:
- Highly-efficient fans with 7 speed levels
- External pressing of up to 200 Pa
- Double-shelled panels, class A1 insulation
- Scroll compressors
- Filter class G4 (EU4)
- CW devices: Speed control with constant pressure loss
- W/H devices: Condensation pressure control for constant pressure loss
- Micropressor control
Advantages:
- Eurovent, CE, ISO 9001, VDI 6022 certifi cation
- Free-running radial fan with backward-bent blades, 7 speed levels
- High-efficiency fan: up to 30% less power consumption compared to conventional fans
- High, sensitive cooling capacity with a low space requirement tanks to generously dimensioned heat exchangers
- Easy connection to customer‘s own building control systems
Lampertz LCP - Liquid Cooling Package
Modern cooling units with a favourable effi ciency and perfect interface technology present completely new prospects for the adequate cooling of electronic components. This is the crucial point when it comes to IT availability. With its increasing heat capacities, the new air conditioning technology, as supplied in the Lampertz LCP, provides investment security for the future. High heat concentrations within datacenter are cooled using "rack-based technology".
Modular, Upgradeable and Temperature-Neutral Cooling Concept:
- Max. 12 kW cooling capacity, with three cooling modules possible per cooling rack.
- Approx. 4 kW cooling performance per cooling module at 800m³/h air capacity.
- Optimised air guidance: cold air enters from the side so that the cold air is evenly distributed prior to the 19" level.
- Either 1 or 2 server racks can be cooled - individual and row arrangement possible.
- Can be lined up in TS and PS server racks, also at a later stage.
- Active condensate handling.
- Optional control and monitoring of the cooling rack via CMC.
- Modules in two parts, allowing simple assembly in narrow corridors.
